| SOUL PLAY: Praying with Art

A Join us for a creative morning of exploring prayer using the creative medium of art. We will use common, everyday materials to create prayer-filled-art, including collage, recycled books, paint, paper, drawing, and images. This three hour workshop invites us to experience prayer through Perfect for beginners, as well as serious artists, this Workshop will open new ways to know the Holy/Divine through creative expression. Come and have fun while praying in new ways. Rebecca Janes, artist in residence at St. Barnabas Church (Eagle Rock) is a spiritual director, adjunct faculty at Stillpoint, and co-Director, St. Barnabas Center for Spiritual Encouragement. Her passions include her own art and inviting people to think and act creatively in life and spirituality.
